Marriage Utopia 

Pastors Stephen and Ann Butterfield currently serve as the Assistant Pastors at Light of the World Christian Tabernacle International which is located in Stockbridge, GA.  Their duties include: Evangelism and Community Outreach, the Transportation Ministry, and the Clothes Closet and Food Pantry both of which provide clothing and meals for those in need. They are also the Directors for the Ministers where they oversee their grow and development for Evangelism and they are the Directors of the Jimmie Lee Smith Community Center. 

 

As the Directors for the Jimmie Lee Smith Community Center, they facilitate an Afterschool Program  which allows them to interact and mentor children and teens from the ages of 5 to 17.  They diligently work to activate the Center’s mission of S.E.E. which stands for: Sports, Education and Entertainment.   Through their daily interactions, they have been able to not only inspire, but to connect to the community in a substantial way and expose and draw many families to Christ.

 

They are the founders of Butterfield Ministries Worldwide, which has been in existence for 10 years.  Their ministerial mission is to enrich the relationships of both couples and families alike. They accomplish this through counseling, speaking engagements, and seminars which expose couples and families to strategies which can strengthen their marital and social relationships.  Their current project is an upcoming Marriage Conference which is scheduled to be held in April 2020.  They are excited about this endeavor to help God’s people to build a strong foundation for sustainability in their relationships.

 

For the past 9 years they have hosted a weekly Radio Broadcast called “Turn on the Light” which airs every Saturday at 8pm.  It has a large local and international audience and it provides inspiration through the sharing of the Word of God.

 

Blessed in marriage for 10 years, they have 6 adult children, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  They thank God for the many opportunities He has given them in order that they may evangelize and edify the body of Christ.
